The Beautiful Today: Justina Repečkaitė

A new episode of The Beautiful Today, meeting with Lithuanian composer Justina Repečkaitė. She presents La Muë, her new piece premiering at IRCAM on April 27, 2024.

Originally from Lithuania but based in Paris for several years, Justina Repečkaitė presents La Muë in its world premiere on April 27. This new work brings together formations as diverse as the pages of the Center for Baroque Music of Versailles, Patrick Wibart's serpent, and an electronic setup signed by IRCAM. She sheds light on this unique project and her artistic interests, ranging from medieval music to cutting-edge technological processes.
