Mano Nata streamed concert-talk

In the live-streamed presentation from Lithuanian Composer's Union Justina Repeckaite speaks about her works for solo instruments & tape: Toro, performed by the tubist Mikas Kurtinaitis & Incantare, performed by the flautist Salomeja Kalvelyte.

With its credo, Open Meet Understand (Atsiverk Pažink Suprask) Mano Nata concert-talk project invites Lithuanian composers to present their work to younger audiences. Justina speaks (in Lithuanian!) about her interest in using singing while playing the wind instruments and inspirations for her compositions: corrida, -  for Toro (2015) and charms, - for Incantare (2018). Musicians are students of the specialised Master's degree in performance of contemporary music and improvisation at the Lithuanian Academy of Music.

Sound/video team: Roberto Beccera & Jurgis Jarasius. Other composers who took part in the project: Mykolas Natalevicius, Vykintas Baltakas, Rytis Mazulis.
