Premiere at Festival Présences 2026, Paris

On the 7th of February 2026, accordionist Vincent Lhermet will premiere Justina Repečkaitė’s Concertina-fold almanach, commissioned by Radio France for the Festival Présences, during the concert Tingel Tangel at Studio 104, Maison de la Radio. This edition of the festival pays tribute to the legendary composer Georges Aperghis.

During the week of February 2, the radio programme Création Mondiale (hosted by Anne Montaron) will broadcast Justina Repečkaitė’s Encierro, performed by the saxhorn quartet Opus 333. The work was commissioned by Radio France in 2019. On February 8, the final episode—Composer’s Portrait—will feature an interview, the complete recording of Encierro, and excerpts from her most recent works.

The concert will be broadcast on France Musique on March 11 at 8:00 p.m.
