Tapisserie in Munich
On the 21th of July der/gelbe.klang ensemble gives carte blanche to the composer and conductor Vykintas Baltakas, who included Justina’s piece Tapisserie (2015) in the concert. Baltakas already conducted Repeckaite’s music in Gaida festival, and then recorded an album Contemporary Music Series: Lithuania (2016) with LENsemble. der/gelbe/klang conducted by Armando Merino already played Pulsus Flatus Vox and the ensemble members Mathias Lachenmayr (percussion) & Marco Riccelli (piano) played Justina’s music during an open studio concert of her residency at Villa Waldberta.

Musik aus Litauen: der/gelbe/klang im schwere reiter
Unter dem Dirigat des Litauers Vykintas Baltakas bringt das Ensemble für aktuelle Musik „der/gelbe/klang“ zeitgenössische Kompositionen u.a. von Baltakas selber zur Aufführung. Die jüngste Komposition ist von Justina Repečkaitė (*1989), derzeit artist-in-residence in der Villa Waldberta in Feldafing.
